Your Right to Cancel (For Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

You then have 14 days from the cancellation date to return the item(s).
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items.
Not be excluded under the non-returnable items list below.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a free return or replacement.
If reported after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund.
Return Costs & Process
Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If a refund is delayed beyond 14 days, you may be entitled to additional compensation.
