Your Right to Cancel (For Online Purchases)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

  • You then have 14 days from the cancellation date to return the item(s).

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items.

  • Not be excluded under the non-returnable items list below.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange for a free return or replacement.

  • If reported after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund.

Return Costs & Process

  • Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
